Wireless Internet Access is available for all members of staff and students on Campus. The Wireless Network requires an access code. This can be done through an on-line request form.

Q. Where does the wireless network operate on campus?
A. Wireless access is available in the Library, Administrative Block and Colleges.
Q. On what kinds of devices will it work?
A. Students and staff with laptops,
notebooks, and/or personal digital assistants (PDAs) can access the
wireless network.
Q. What connection standard does the wireless network use?
A. The wireless standard used on campus is 802.11G which also supports 802.11b
Q. What internal/external "wireless card" is required in my computer?
A. Any wireless card that supports 802.11b or 802.11G should work.
Q. How Do I Access the wireless network if my device is already configured?
A. A user name and a password are created for you that will allow
you access to the IT facilities on the campus.
Q. What if I have forgotten my wireless password?
A. Contact ICT Unit for assistance with wireless network access.
